- Outcome detectedOn time, delayed, cancelled or rerouted: picniq knows when it happens.
- Passenger informedA clear message in their language, and a journey report if something went wrong.
Two ways a trip can go
The flight is on time
Happy passengers are invited to leave a review on Trustpilot, so good experiences get recorded too.
★★★★★The flight is disrupted
The passenger gets a neutral, fact-based journey report and clear guidance on claiming directly with the airline, if they want to claim at all.
What's in a journey report
What happened
Scheduled and actual times, the type of disruption and the legs affected.
Rules that may apply
Every passenger-rights framework that may cover the journey, across 30+ jurisdictions.
How to claim directly
What to ask for, which documents to keep, and the airline's own claim channel.
How a journey report is built
We don't rely on the airline's explanation. For every disrupted flight, picniq gathers the facts from independent sources, matches them to the passenger's flight and runs them through our jurisdiction engine. Here's how it worked for the delayed Corvana Air flight from our homepage example.
